Legal
Terms of use.
These terms apply to the website and the free Shapewit View. When paid subscriptions open, separate terms of sale will apply.
1. Who we are
The website and the programs are provided by Alive Indeed, CVR 31529492 (Denmark), email info@aliveindeed.dk.
2. Using Shapewit View
Shapewit View is free and needs no account. You may use it privately and at work. You may not try to disrupt the website, get around technical limits or use the program for anything unlawful.
3. Your files
Files you open remain yours. They are processed in your browser on your own computer and are not sent to us. We get no rights to them.
4. Measurements and display
We work hard to make display and measurements correct, but the program is provided as is. Check important dimensions in the program the file was made in before using them for production, quotes or similar.
5. Liability
The free version is provided without warranty. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit, from using the program, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
6. Changes and availability
The programs are improved continuously. We may change, add or remove features in the free version and may take the website down temporarily for maintenance.
